Can you believe it? It has been over 15 months since I have posted any of my art and the fun I've had creating it. So, over the next few posts we will take a trip back in time and walk through my journey of finding the Art in Me.

At our family reunion in July of 2018 we had a Family Pinewood Derby where everyone got creative when creating their Derby Cars.

Part of the fun of spending the week together is creating together. Some of my daughters and granddaughters ask me to teach them how to do some of the paintings I had done. Here they are with their art works.
Hillary with her Watercolor and her oil painting.

This is Jesse's watercolor elephant.

Shiloh and her girls with their oil paintings...

Maggie, Lily, Jesse, Lydia, Shiloh, Adrianna and Emily show off their many watercolors.

At our family reunions I set up an arts and crafts room with lots of supplies so my grandchildren and play and create to their hearts content. During the week we display their projects and art for all to see.

Above J.J. is doing some stamping and below Preston had fun with the paints.

Bottle Cap art and below is Ransom's project he was working on.

Adam shows off his artistic talent.

Gideon got in on the fun too.

The birth of baby Avery kept Ryan and Skye from attending the family reunion, so when I took Reagan and Annabelle home we had a fun Family Home Evening painting Watercolors.

Tiny baby Avery was grandma's helper.

Skye, Ryan and Reagan painted elephants and Annabelle painted a crab while I decided on a familiar beach scene.

What a fantastic job they each did. So much talent in this little family!

I left Skye and Ryan's home in Virginia and headed down to North Carolina where I promised Cami and Lily that I would help them with watercolor paintings.

Cami painted the City of Charlotte Skyline while Lily painted an Elephant.

Beautiful work ladies. Oh how I love sharing and creating art with my family!
